Syncing will resume automatically after the Pause time has finished, or you can manually Resume syncing at any time.

Behind the scenes, everything in your Documents, Pictures and Desktop folders will be moved to OneDrive. Put a checkmark on each folder, then click the Start backup button. On the Backup tab, click on Manage backup. OneDrive will automatically pause when a Windows PC enters battery saver mode. Right-click on the OneDrive cloud icon in the lower right corner, then click on Settings. If you have both OneDrive and OneDrive for Business, you can pause and resume them independently.
